PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

You can pay by ACH, credit card, or check.

Click here to pay by ACH. There is no processing fee for payments by ACH.

Click here to pay by credit card. There will be a 2.66% credit card processing fee applied to the credit card payments.

You can enroll in the whole year or one semester. The cost is $470 if you pay by semester or a slightly discounted $900 if you enroll in both semesters. The discount is because it makes our life much easier planning classes for the whole year and we hope you will enroll accordingly.

If a child is new to Adventures with Mr. Math, add Administrative Fee from the drop-down menu. This is a one-time $35 charge per student. If your child has previously been a student in one of our other programs, you don’t need to pay that fee.

To pay by check, make the check to Adventures with Mr. Math, write student name(s) in the Memo section, and mail it to 305 Midwest Club Parkway, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
