CML Grade 4-5 Meet 2 Results

38 students earned perfect scores; all 4th grade teams and one of our 5th grade teams earned perfect team scores this round!

This year, we split our students into teams of 20-25 students to give more students a chance to contribute to team scores, even though it makes it more difficult for each team to win against other schools that often enter just one large team. All of our teams also compete in the more difficult Pythagorean Division, and they did so well!

All 3 of our Grade 4 teams have earned perfect score of 72 points and are currently tied for 1st place nationally with 6 other teams!!

One of our Grade 5 teams earned a perfect 36 points for this meet (70 points overall), and they’re now in 5th place nationally! Our other Grade 5 team has 63 points overall, making them the 4th place in Illinois!

Individually, Abigail S*, Albert L*, Aleena W*, Alexander P*, Charlie M*, Eric Z*, Ethan P*, Isaac S*, Jack V*, James B*, James R*, John X*, Kyle S*, Marco C*, Natalie F*, Nathan S*, Nathaniel Z*, Ophelia B*, Silu C*, Surendra V*, Theo M*, Veehaan M*, Zimo L*, Ziqi Z*, Deven B, Hanson J, Lincoln S, Vikram N, Dhruv S, James L-C, Alia A*, Henry X*, Isaac C-O, Leo R*, Leo S, Patrick C, Sumanyu N, and Zahra D earned perfect scores and led their teams!
