CML Meet 1 Results

26 students earn perfect scores; all 4 teams first place in Illinois!

In November, our teams competed in the first meet of the CML Grade 4 and Grade 5 contests. Because we have over 80 participants, we entered teams in both the Pythagorean Division and the Euclidean Division.

Our Grade 4 Euclidean Division team earned 35 points out of 36 and is in the 1st place in Illinois , 2nd place in the Midwest Region, and T-24th nationally!

Our Grade 4 Pythagorean Division team earned 33 points out of 36 and is in the 1st place in Illinois, 1st place in the Midwest Region, and T-13th nationally!

Our Grade 5 team Euclidean Division team earned a perfect score of 36 points and is T-1st place in Illinois (with 3 other teams), T-1st place in the Midwest Region (with 5 other teams), and T-1st nationally (with 25 other teams)!

Our Grade 5 team Pythagorean Division team earned a perfect score of 36 points and is in the 1st place in Illinois, 1st place in the Midwest Region, and T-1st nationally (with 6 other teams)!

Individually, Alex J, Alex Z, Arya G, Atharva N, Blaze B, Brooke P, Charlotte O, Cheluchi C, Craig L, Drew C, Gus M, Henry X, Ishaan S, Jason P, John G, Liam G, Linc S, Lizi S, Max S, Max Z, Meraj A, Owen C, Peter D, Stefan H, Tyler H, and Yashwanth L earned perfect scores and led their teams! That is 26 perfect scores among 89 total in Illinois!
