Our students did amazingly well on this year's Math League competition. Math League is the last competition of the year, taking place right before awards ceremonies. We have students who participate in three levels: Grade 4, Grade 5, and Algebra 1. The contest is 30 questions, one point per question. So a score of 28 or higher is a phenominal score.
For the Grade 4 contest, we had nine students earn a 28 and one earn a score of 29. Abdullah Y, Ananya P, Delphine C, Devanish M, Jiashu D, Liam A, Luke H, Nolan X, and Norah Z all earned 28, and Sumeha T earned a score of 29!
For the Grade 5 contest, we had seven students earn a 28, eight earn a 29, and five earn a perfect score of 30! Angela L, AnshiReddy M, Augustus B, Isaac S, James A, Jason B, and Vedaant G earned 28 points. Aiden G, Arjun G, Artemis M, Elijah D, Jeffrey Z, Johnny H, Neha V, and Vihan G earned 29 points. And Aanya S, Abhinay M, Noah J, Rihaan U, and Sriyaan K all earned perfect scores of 30 points!
For the Algebra 1 contest, we had 13 students earn a score of 28, seven earn 29, and five earn a perfect score of 30! Andy L, Darsh M, Elon T, Evan T, Isaac L, Justin L, Liam C, Maya L, Neale W, Nivanth R, Ryden C, Walter W, and Zane C all earned 28 points. Alex M, Edmond Z, Harvey M, Leonard Z, Miles Z, Will M, and Zachary C earned 29. And Conrad B, Daniel S, Krystian T, Nicolas V, and Velika V all earned perfect scores of 30 points.
Way to go students!
