CML 4/5 Meet 3 Results

This year, we split our students into 18 teams of 20-25 students to give more students a chance to contribute to team scores, even though it makes it more difficult for each team to win against other schools that often enter just one large team. All of our teams also compete it the more difficult Pythagorean Division, and they did so well! They’re also divided by the first letter of their first name, so the teams are evenly split.

The CML competition this year has been significantly challenging, but our students and teams are doing amazingly well. Currently, there are only two Grade 4 teams nationwide with a perfect score, but all of our Grade 4 teams are in the top 14! There are only five Grade 5 perfect score teams nationwide, and three of them are our teams!

CML 4:

• A-And scored 35 points, and are currently fourth place nationally!
• Anh-B scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently tied for third place nationally!
• C-Dar scored 29 points, and are currently fourteeth place nationally!
• Dav-F scored 32 points, and are currently tenth place nationally!
• G-J scored 33 points, and are currently sixth place nationally!
• K-Mar scored 32 points, and are currently tied for eighth place nationally!
• Max-N scored 34 points, and are currently seventh place nationally!
• O-Ro scored 30 points, and are currently tied for eleventh place nationally!
• Ry-Th scored 33 points, and are currently tied for eighth place nationally!
• Ti-Z scored 31 points, and are currently tied for eleventh place nationally!

CML 5:

• A-And scored 35 points, and are currently tied for tenth place nationally!
• Ang-C scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently thirteenth place nationally!
• D-E scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently tied for first place nationally!
• F-Je scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently tied for first place nationally!
• Ji-L scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently tied for seventh place nationally!
• M-O scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently tied for first place nationally!
• P-Ta scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently tied for tenth place nationally!
• To-Z scored a perfect 36 points, and are currently tied for seventh place nationally!
