66 students earned perfect scores! 14 students have earned perfect scores on all of the first four meets!

In February, our students competed in the fourth meet of the MOEMS Division E contest with great success. All our teams are on track for top team awards in their age groups!

This year we fielded eleven teams: five Grade 2-4 teams and six Grade 5-6 teams. Students within each grade group are placed on a team based on the first letter of their first name, so that the teams are roughly the same in strength.

• Grade 2-4 Team A earned 43 points.
• Grade 2-4 Team B-Et earned 39 points.
• Grade 2-4 Team Ev-J earned 44 points.
• Grade 2-4 Team K-R earned 39 points
• Grade 2-4 Team S-Z earned 41 points.
• Grade 5-6 Team Aa-Ar earned 42 points.
• Grade 5-6 Team As-Da earned 45 points.
• Grade 5-6 Team De-Ji earned 39 points.
• Grade 5-6 Team Jo-Mi earned 46 points.
• Grade 5-6 Team Mu-Ro earned 40 points.
• Grade 5-6 Team Ru-Z earned 48 points.

Individually, students averaged 3.63 out of 5, compared to 2.27 national average! Here are the averages by grade on our team compared with the national averages (the difference is shown in parenthesis):

• Grade <= 3: 3.71 vs 1.83 (+1.88)
• Grade 4: 3.35 vs 1.90 (+1.45)
• Grade 5: 3.68 vs 2.40 (+1.28)
• Grade 6: 3.95 vs 2.57 (+1.38)
