69 students earned perfect scores; seven of our 4th grade teams and three of our 5th grade teams earned perfect scores for this round!
This year, we split our students into 13 teams of 20-25 students to give more students a chance to contribute to team scores, even though it makes it more difficult for each team to win against other schools that often enter just one large team. All of our teams also compete it the more difficult Pythagorean Division, and they did so well!
Seven of our Grade 4 teams earned 36 points, and the eighth 4th grade team earned 35 points for this round. This keeps three of our teams currently tied for 2nd place nationally with 141 points in total and another one of our teams shortly behind with 139 points. We still have 5 students who have earned perfect scores in all four meets!.
Two of our Grade 5 teams are still tied for 1st place nationally with only three other teams. We still have 5 students who have earned perfect scores on all four meets.

And on the Grade 5 team, Aarav S, Aaron L, Adam L, Aiden G, Alba G, Alexander P, Aria T, Arthur Y, Auggie B, (Beatrice P), Brendan R, Cameron M, Cecilia V, (Dylan C-S), Ethan P, Isaac Sh, Kai D, Leo C, Luke W, Michael J, Musa S, (Nathan Y), Nathaniel Z, Oscar B, Parth K, Patrick S, Prisha A, Ryan K, and Vihaan K earned perfect scores and led their teams! Note that students in (parentheses) are in 3rd grade or younger, but competed on the Grade 4 or Grade 5 Team!
Additionally, a special congratulations goes out to Calvin D, Ethan L, Leonard Z, Mohanesh R, and Rohan S on the Grade 4 Team and Alba G, Cameron M, Luke W, Michael J, and Vihaan K on the Grade 5 Team. They’ve all earned perfect scores on the first three meets! This is quite the achievement for them!
